[MB-65960] (Eventing Service) cURL calls are not working in debugger mode

Summary

When Enable debugger is turned on in the Eventing Service settings, cURL requests fail and return the error message Ability to make curl calls is disabled.

Symptoms 

• Eventing Service cURL requests fail with Ability to make curl calls is disabled.

Triggers

• This issue occurs in affected versions whenever the Enable debugger option is enabled, and a subsequent cURL request is made.

Verification

• Check whether the Enable debugger checkbox in Eventing Settings is set to On (ticked).
• Check whether cURL requests return the error message Ability to make curl calls is disabled.

Workarounds

• Disable the Enable debugger setting to allow cURL commands to continue working.
• There is currently no workaround for this issue while the Enable debugger setting is enabled.
• To allow cURL requests to succeed while Enable debugger is active, upgrade the cluster to a fix version.
